SPECIAL ORDER REQUEST
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All merchandise ordered through TMVS firearms are placed specifically at the customer’s request; therefore, it is not part of our regular stock. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned after order is placed. Only merchandise that is defective or damaged in shipment and/or due to a mistake on part of TMVS Firearms will be accepted for exchange.
Firearms, once transferred to the customer, cannot be returned as they become preowned once custody is transferred.
TMVS Firearms will assist customers in warranty repair or replacement from factory for firearms found to be defective after they are transferred. TMVS Firearms will inform customer when a company notifies TMVS Firearms of a change in price and obtain approval to proceed with the order.
A 100% deposit is required on all special orders placed. All special orders that are received, and subsequently not transferred (due to customer not being able to pass NICS background check) to the customer, may be refunded less a 30% restocking fee.
Personalized or highly specialized or custom firearms that cannot be easily resold to another customer cannot be refunded.
All firearm special orders will require a NICS check, to be completed and on file prior to the placing of the order. A final NICS check will be filled out and need to be passed again before transfer can be finished.
All orders taken will be available within 30 days. Orders that are expected to be unavailable for delivery within 30 days will not be placed until the item is in stock and readily available in the maximum delivery time frame.
For unforeseen delays beyond TMVS Firearms control, the customer will be contacted by either phone or email regarding the cause of the delay.
