Looking to sell some firearms? TMVS firearms is happy to take firearms on consignment to remove the hassle and legal concerns of selling firearms independently. Selling a firearm privately can be time consuming, frustrating, and may leave you unsure if the buyer can legally own a firearm. Let us do all the work for you!

Gun and Firearms Warranty

All firearms used, pre-owned, or reconditioned purchased from TMVS firearms ARE COVERED BY A 30 DAY WARRANTY. We will repair any used, pre-owned, or reconditioned firearm purchased from TMVS firearms for mechanical and functional problems stemming from normal operation. This does not include damage caused by customer abuse or poor-quality ammunition. This warranty is not transferable.

New firearms purchased from TMVS firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • improper or careless handling

  • use of defective, reloaded or re-manufactured ammunition
